Upload(string,string)..........NOT WORKING

Sep 14, 2007 at 6:13 AM
string Source = "E:\testing\co.jpg"
string Target = "/testing/co.jpg" //Here the directory '/testing' Doesn't exist on server, Not before Upload

if(Upload(Source,Target))
MessageBox.Show("Success");
else
MessageBox.Show("Failure");

Failure is occuring. I cannot understand what is the problem.
Maybe I need to use the FtpCreateDirectory myself in the Upload function to enable this upload.
Guide me please accordingly....

And also answer.....Does setting the attribute CurrentDirectory automatically creates a new directory on the server or it just helps in case the directory already exists on the server to set current Upload location ??

thanks,

Sorry for the slow reply, I would prefer email notification of posts here but MS isn't doing it yet.

Yes, if you wish to create a directory use CreateDirectory function before trying to upload a file there.
